When the desk is staffed
Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 Eastern European Time. Saturday and Sunday the warehouse may still pick; the inbox waits for Monday. Finnish public holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve are listed on the hub. Messages after close are queued — we do not promise a same-hour reply on a Saturday afternoon.

What to send so we can help once
- 01Order number (for example NP-10482).
- 02Product name exactly as it appears on Kitdesk, plus size.
- 03Player name, number, or tournament patch if the shirt has one — two kits in the same colour can be different SKUs.
- 04For a defect or damage: daylight photos of the jersey laid flat, the care label, the print close-up, and the carton if it was crushed.
Do not post a parcel back until we have issued a return authorisation. Unmarked boxes are slower to match. We never ask for a password, a one-time code, or a full card number in chat or a private message — checkout stays on this site through Stripe.
What we can do
Check stock. Explain a charge or a refund timeline. Issue a return authorisation. Correct an address before the carrier takes the parcel. Open a complaint if the jersey does not match its page. Chase a stalled tracking scan.
What we cannot
Redirect a parcel already handed over. Take a card payment by phone. Honour a clear price error. Take new custom lettering by phone — spelling must be confirmed in writing. Pretend Kitdesk is an official club or FIFA store. We always stand behind orders placed on this website.
