Promo exclusions
A sale is a published price, not a promise that every shirt on the rail will take a second cut. Checkout is the source of truth — if a line is excluded, the coupon field says so before you pay.
Already reduced
A jersey on sale is not usually combinable with another coupon. The lower price on the page is the offer.
Limited drops
Small batches and player versions are often excluded. We would rather sell out than pretend a code still applies.
Gift cards
Codes do not buy another gift card. Store credit and member perks follow their own thresholds.
Free shipping
The mainland Finland threshold is its own rule. Express and pickup keep their rates even when a sale is on.

How an exclusion looks
Enter a code and we apply it only to eligible lines. Excluded jerseys stay at the price on the product page. We do not silently drop an item to make a coupon “work.” Campaign pages state exceptions before a sale window opens. An order is governed by the terms visible when you confirm payment — not by a screenshot from the day before.
Fairness
We do not inflate, then discount
If a listed price is an obvious error, tell us. We refund the difference when the item is still in stock at the corrected price — we do not honour a clear misprint as a windfall. Kitdesk is an independent retailer, not a club store; a third-party “official” shop using a similar name is not this checkout.
The weekly jersey draw is not a coupon. Two winners each week choose a jersey in stock; that prize is fulfilled by the desk, not stacked on a sale code.
