Coupons and offers
A code is a published term — validity, minimum spend, excluded shirts — not a rumour in a screenshot. Checkout is the source of truth.
Cart or checkout
Enter the code in the coupon field. The discount appears as a line before you pay — never after Stripe has captured.
One code
Unless a campaign says otherwise. Letters are not case-sensitive. A mistype or an expired code shows as an error; we do not invent a discount.
Eligible lines only
Sale jerseys, limited drops, and gift cards are often excluded. The coupon field tells you before you confirm.

Seasonal codes
Newsletter subscribers occasionally receive a code with a window and a minimum. We state the terms in the same note: what it covers, when it ends, what it will not stack with. We do not publish a code that works only for some customers without saying so.

Member prices
An account is free — wish list, order history, and member prices when a campaign has them. Prices that require a login are shown as such on the product page. Velocity Club is not a paid subscription and not a licence.
What a code will not do
It will not buy another gift card. It will not usually stack on a jersey already reduced. It will not rewrite Express or pickup into free shipping — that threshold is its own rule. Full exclusions live on Promo exclusions. If a listed price is an obvious error, tell the desk; we do not honour a clear misprint as a windfall.
