Returns
Thirty days for an unused jersey. Tags on, unwashed, no match wear. Personalised print is a different rule — we say so before you pay.
Open the request
Sign in and start a return, or write to the desk with the order number and the lines.
Wait for the authorisation
We send instructions and a label when one is needed. Do not post an unmarked box.
Ship tracked
Keep the receipt. We inspect in Helsinki, then refund the original payment method.
Condition
Saleable means unused
Unwashed, unscented, original tags attached, no terrace wear. Try it on over a t-shirt. Opened underwear and hygiene goods cannot come back once the seal is broken — Finnish Consumer Protection Act. A name-and-number we printed for you is not a change-of-mind return unless we set the letters wrong.
Money back
Refunds after inspection
The purchase price returns to the original card or gift-card balance once the shirt has been inspected in Helsinki. Outbound shipping is refunded when the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit. For a change of mind we may retain that outbound fee; return postage is yours unless the authorisation says otherwise.
Processing is usually 5–10 business days from the day the parcel arrives at Kalevankatu.
