Order Status
How to track your shipment and what each status means.
What the statuses mean
Order confirmed means payment has been received. Picking means the warehouse is assembling the items. Shipped means the parcel is with the carrier. Ready for pickup means the parcel is waiting at a pickup point. Delivered is marked when the carrier confirms handover.
You can look up status with your order number on this page without signing in. Signed-in customers can also see history in My Account. If the status does not update within 24 hours of dispatch, check spam and contact support.
