Jerseys leave Helsinki on weekday runs. Fan delivery abroad is 9–11 days. Times below are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and public holidays can add a day.

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel first scans.

Follow the shipment from Order tracking with the number and email.
Receipt and damaged parcels
- 01Inspect the wrapping when you collect it.
- 02If it is crushed or torn, note it with the carrier and take photographs in daylight.
- 03Write to the desk within 48 hours with the order number and photos.
- 04We send a replacement or a refund once the damage is confirmed.
