Two kinds of “custom” on this site

Ready-made player jerseys already have a name and number as listed in Player jerseys. Those are stocked shirts. They ship with ordinary fulfilment when in stock. Returns follow the unused-goods rule unless the print on arrival does not match the product page.

Made-to-order printing is a name, number, or patch that is not on the page when you add to cart. That work is confirmed by email, paid against a written proof, and produced in Helsinki with extra lead time. Once printing has started, you cannot cancel for a change of mind.

How to order a print

Write to tuki@nordpulse.fi with the jersey (link or exact name), size, exact lettering including accents, number, font if you have a preference we offer, and any FIFA World Cup 26™-style or other patch. We reply with spelling, placement, price, and a lead time — typically 5–10 business days on top of picking, longer around tournament drops.

Check every character in the confirmation. We print what you approved. A nickname, a wrong number, or a missing accent that you signed off is not a defect. Phone is not a valid channel for new print jobs; the letters must sit in writing.

What we will not print

We do not print offensive text, political slogans, or third-party trademarks we are not licensed to use. Kitdesk is not an official club, federation, or FIFA licensee. We will refuse a job that would present the shirt as official licensed merchandise if it is not. We state that openly on product pages and in the customer service hub.

Faults, returns, and team lists

If a letter is misaligned, the wrong number is applied, a patch is missing, or the font does not match the proof, photograph the shirt flat in daylight and write within 14 days. Do not wash before we have seen the photos. We reprint or refund according to the fault.

Personalised shirts are not returnable because you changed your mind about the name. Squad lists for team orders should come as a spreadsheet: size, lettering, number.
