Gift cards

How a gift card works

The gift card is delivered by email as a code. The recipient enters the code at checkout. The card can be used across the assortment except for other gift cards. Validity is 12 months from the purchase date. Remaining balance is kept if an order is smaller than the card value.

A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. If an order is returned, the refund is credited first to the same gift card. A lost code can be verified by customer service using the purchaser's email and order number.

Purchasing

Choose an amount on the gift card page — 25 €, 50 €, 75 €, 100 €, 150 €, 200 €, or any other value from 20 € to 500 €. Pay at checkout. We email the code to the purchaser. No shipping charge: it is a digital delivery.
